Upcoming Events – Mark Your Calendars! Vermillion Special Olympics Polar Plunge – Vermillion Special Olympics will be hosting the second annual Polar Plunge fundraiser – Freezin' for a Reason! The Plunge will take place April 10 at 2 p.m. (registration from 12:30 to 2 p.m.) in the high school parking lot. Jumpers will plunge into a lined dumpster filled with very cold water! The cost is $100 to jump with the price including a free t-shirt and meal at the after jump party. For $25, children can take the plunge into a kiddie pool filled with warm water with the price including a free t-shirt. Prizes will be awarded for best costumes and top money raisers.
