For the past three years Galt has is coaching for his fourth year, an

Following his senior season, Galt
will head to Arizona State where he
signed a National Letter of Intent
to wrestle for the Sun Devils. He
received interest from three other
Division 1 schools, as well as Augustanta, but he enjoyed his visit to
Tempe, Arizona, and has had a relationship with ASU assistant coach,
Lee Pritts, over his entire wrestling
career.
“I loved the atmosphere at ASU,”
Galt said. “If I want to be the best
wrestler that I can be, that’s where
I’ve got to be.”
At ASU, Galt will attempt to be a
successful wrestler, but knows that
it will be a tough challenge.
“It is a great wrestling program
and I will have to work on a lot of
things,” Galt said. “If I follow the
lead, I can be successful. Maybe not
right away, but long term I think I
will be successful there.”
The Sun Devils have won the
second most conference titles in
Pac-12, trailing only Oregon State,
but have not won a team title since
2006.
First thing is first for Galt as he
will shoot for his fourth title in his
four years at Beresford in Sioux
Falls on Feb. 24-25.
