A CASA Case Manager will be hired to serve Clay, Union, and Turner counties for the program. The CASA Case Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training and coaching of CASA volunteers and to attend court hearings in those counties. The CASA Case Manager candidates must: • Demonstrate a commitment to the mission of the organization, which is to promote and protect the best interests of abused and neglected children. • Have experience working in a social services, nonprofit, educational, or court services field. A Bachelor’s degree is required. • Possess strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Maintain child and volunteer data and case records. • Maintain confidentiality. • Have a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance. • Be able to pass three types of background checks. • Assist with community outreach activities for the program.
