The 2011 annual meeting will mark the 75th annual meeting and the 76th year of providing electric service to the members of Clay, Union and Yankton counties. The business meeting will start at 6:45 p.m. and last approximately one hour. The meeting will feature reports on financial, work activities of your cooperative, director of elections for Districts 3, as well as reports. REGISTRATION - Registration begins at 5:00 p.m. You will want to check in at the registration table in order to sign up for a chance to win one of the door prizes. Every member who registers will be a winner as they will receive a gift for registering at the meeting. FREE MEAL - Be sure to bring the family along for the free evening meal.
