The annual meeting of Clay-Union Electric is to
be held Tuesday, March 27, 2012, at the school
gym in Wakonda, S.D. Member registration will
start at 5 p.m. and meal will follow. The 2012
annual meeting will mark the 76th annual
meeting and the 77th year of providing electric
service to the members of Clay, Union and
Yankton counties. The business meeting will
start at 6:45 p.m. and last approximately one
hour. The meeting will feature reports on
financial and work activities of your
cooperative as well as director elections for
District 1 and District 2. The current Director
from District 1 is Terry Munter and Director
from District 2 is Gordon Andersen.
