Our family would
like to express
our thanks to all
who helped with
the final days of
our husband, father
and grandfather, Burnell Nelsen.
Our gratitude goes out to the staff and
volunteers at Wakonda Heritage Manor, Avera
Sacred Heart Hospice, Dr. Michael Pietila, and Hansen
Funeral Home for their compassionate care. Thanks to
Reverend Ann Peck, organist Jeanne Nelsen, and soloist
Brian Spurrell at First Lutheran Church for the beautiful
service. Thanks also to the ushers, pallbearers, and
grandchildren who participated in the service. Thank you
to Pastor Calvin Jones for the use of the Bethel Baptist
Hall and to the ELCA group from First Lutheran for
serving the luncheon. A special thank you to all our
families, friends, and neighbors near and far who called,
visited, sent flowers, brought food, sent cards, gave
memorials, or just took time to share a special moment
with us. Your kindness and prayers mean so much.

Sunday evening Experience
at ONE HOUR is comprised of
two primary elements: powerful
worship and a life-changing
message. Worship at ONE
HOUR is led by a talented live
band in a style that is consistent with todays culture and a
relevant teaching message
from LifeChurch.tv?s senior
pastor, Craig Groeschel, via
video broadcast. The worship
is intense and the teaching is
challenging but the environment will be relaxed and casual. ONE HOUR on the USD
Campus at the MUC, 6:30pm
