It was entered into evidence for disposal. 09/12/2014 11:12:00 Caller reported the driver's side mirror on his vehicle had been broken by someone. Under investigation. 09/12/2014 14:54:00 Caller reported person(s) unknown entered her vehicle and stoled her bike out of her vehicle. Under investigation. 09/12/2014 22:21:00 Caller reported loud music, screams and possible marijuana use at a neighbor's apartment. Officers responded and contacted the apartment. The responsible party agreed to turn down the music, no one appeared to be in distress and there was no odor of marijuana. 09/12/2014 23:27:00 Officers contacted two people in Prentice Park after dark near the swimming pool fence. The odor of marijuana was detected by one of the officers, when asked one of the subjects turned over a marijuana pipe and baggie with a small September 23, 2014 www.broadcasteronline.com amount of marijuana. The other requested a search of their person and nothing was found. The one suspect was arrested and charged. 09/13/2014 1:20:00 Caller reported several items taken from her purse inside a bar. Under investigation. 09/13/2014 2:35:00 Caller reported a drunken man wandering in his neighbor's yard. When an officer arrived he saw a man several blocks away running, fall, get up and keep running. The caller said there was no damage and the young man appeared drunk and confused. Officers checked the area but did not locate the man. 09/13/2014 4:27:00 While conducting business checks, an officer saw a man who appeared to be passed out in a laundry mat. The officer contacted the man who had apparently fallen asleep but was fine. 09/13/2014 5:04:00 Caller reported unknown person(s) were vandalizing her window airconditioning unit. Officers checked the unit, the surrounding area and the neighborhood but were unable to find evidence of a vandal. 09/13/2014 6:47:00 Officers found a vehicle crashed into the railing on the bridge on Dakota Street heading south out of town. The driver was in the vehicle. The driver was suspended and was cited. 09/13/2014 15:55:00 Caller complained of a loud party at a neighbor's residence.
