During the day they visited six stations where they learned about farming. Station 1 was hosted by veterinarian Dr. Knutson who showed the students kittens, rabbits and other animals, Station 2 was a hay ride provided by Erlan Olson who explained equipment used on the farm. Station 3 was agronomist Audrey Larson. Station 4 featured Ilene lerseth who spoke with the students about nutrition. Station 5 featured Holly Swee (S.D. Beed Producers) and Stacey Sorlien (S.D. Pork Producers) who spoke about raising the animals.
