Dakota Hospital Foundation (DHF) accepts grant funding applications from local 501(c)3 organizations during the months of April and October each year. Vermillion Public Library Open On Sundays To better serve patrons and community, the Edith B. Siegrist Vermillion Public Library has extended its hours. The library is now open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Fridays. Weekend hours remain 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays, and 1 to 5 p.m. on Sundays. Parker’s driver exam station is now open the first Tuesday of the month from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The exam station is located in the basement of the Turner County Courthouse in Parker, 400 S.
