Broadcaster Press 7 January 21, 2020 www.broadcasteronline.com Vermillion High School To Present Amadeus Monthly Book Sales Scheduled At The Library Vermillion High School students will be presenting Amadeus by Peter Shaffer on Friday, Jan. 24 at the Thomas H. Craig Center for Performing Arts. This short play, set in the late 1700s, explores the demise of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart as seen through the eyes of Antonio Book 69 Salieri, a well-establish composer at the time. The production will be performed at 7:30 p.m. on the Vermillion HighSudoku #1 School stage. It is free and open to the public. After Friday’s performance, the cast and crew will 9 take the show on3 road to the8 the Region IA, South Dakota High School Activities Association’s One-Act Play Contest 1 8 2 held at Dakota Valley High school on Tuesday, Jan. 28. Vermillion High School will perform at 1:156 3 p.m. Edie’s Book Shop, operated by the Friends of the Vermillion Public Library, will be operating January through June of 2020.
