FREE PANCAKE & SAUSAGE BREAKFAST
The Vermillion Area Lions Club will once again be cooking and serving the pancake and sausage breakfast. In addition to the free
breakfast, those attending the event will also be able to take in a free Mini Home Show. Many area business owners will be on hand
with displays ranging from heating and cooling products, building and remodeling aids and ideas, new home designs and more. Also
available to attendees will be health screening services provided by Sanford Hospital.
Member Appreciation Day is held by Clay-Union Electric as a way of not only showing its members, but the whole community, its
appreciation for the support this cooperative receives as it goes about its duty of serving the people of the area. Everyone is
encouraged to stop in for the free breakfast, and if you like, stop back by for a noon meal too.
Also, because of the support Clay-Union Electric receives from its members. This year we would like to include
a food drive for the Vermillion Food Pantry. We are looking for such items as: canned chili, soda crackers,
canned beef stew, fruit juice (quart jars), peanut butter, jelly, toilet paper (wrapped four-packs only). We hope
to see you on the February 21, 2013 and if you can, bring one of the items listed above.
