06/18/14 00:00 – Caller
reported that there was an
intruder or animal in her
apartment and requested
assistance. Officers
responded and checked the
residence but did not find
an intruder.
06/18/14 09:07 –
Officers received a phone
call that a woman who was
suspended was parked at a
local convenience store.
Officer responded to the
area and stopped the
vehicle in question. The
woman was driving, was
suspended, had expired
plates, and no insurance.
She was cited and her car
was impounded.
06/18/14 10:06 – Caller
reported an unknown man
entering a closed church.
Officer searched and found
the man. He had an active
warrant out of Brown
County for assault. The
man was arrested.
06/18/14 19:40 – Caller
reported there were
children throwing clumps
of dirt at passing cars.
Officers responded, located
the children and parents.
Parents advised the activity
would stop. No further
action.
06/18/14 23:29 – Caller
reported her husband
would not let her into her
home. Officers responded
and contacted the involved
parties who stated they had
resolved the situation and
no physical violence had
occurred. There was no
evidence to the contrary
and no action was taken.
06/19/14 01:20 – Officers
saw what appeared to be a
fight from a distance and
contacted the group.
Investigation was not able to
identify who exactly
participated and the
circumstances surrounding
the event. No further action.
06/19/14 20:12 – Caller
reported several items
taken from a house she has
up for sale. Under
investigation.
06/19/14 21:43 –
Officers responded to a
report of a subject
threatening suicide.
Officers assisted the subject
with getting the resources
to seek treatment.
06/20/14 13:03 – Caller
reported a gas drive off.
Officers assisted in getting
the information of the
suspect for the caller so she
could pursue a civil remedy.
06/20/14 16:24 – Caller
reported an electronic
device stolen from his gear
while he was at the public
swimming pool. Under
investigation.
06/20/14 18:28 – Caller
reported loud music
coming from a neighbor’s
residence. Officers
responded found a vehicle
with a loud stereo playing
and contacted the
responsible party, who
agreed the music was loud
and turned it down.
06/20/14 22:34 –
Officers investigated a
report of one car trying to
run another off the road
and using a baseball bat to
strike an occupied vehicle
while it drove down the
road. Investigation

reported she received a
phone call from someone
claiming to be the FBI.
The scammer told her she
had warrants and would
be arrested if she did not
pay the owing fines over
the phone. The caller did
not provide any
information. The FBI, or
any state or local law
enforcement will not
attempt to collect
outstanding fines via
phone solicitation.
Beware of anyone calling
you asking you for
money.
