Foundation is offering a
$500 community service
scholarship to graduating
high school seniors from
Vermillion or Elk PointJefferson high school. The
board has also added a
new $500 community
service scholarship to a
graduating senior from
Dakota Valley high school

counselors. This is the 4th
year the scholarship has
been offered; the
applications are due by
March 20th. The
scholarships are
supported totally by
donations, the half
